Boiling Springs Bubblers (Boiling Springs, PA) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Bishop McDevitt Crusaders (Harrisburg, PA), 53-45 in a league bout.

With the victory, Boiling Springs advances its record to 11-5 on the season. The Bubblers host East Pennsboro (Enola, PA) to encounter the Panthers in a Mid-Penn - Capital test on Wednesday, January 31. The Panthers go into the test with a record of 8-7.

The Crusaders now own a 9-8 record. They play next when they travel to Camp Hill for a Mid-Penn - Capital test on Monday, January 29. Bishop McDevitt will encounter a Lions squad coming off a 61-44 league loss to Trinity (Camp Hill, PA). The Lions record now stands at 3-15.
