North Dakota High School Basketball - Bismarck tops Minot

Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Bismarck Demons (Bismarck, ND) and the visiting Minot Magicians (Minot, ND), saw Bismarck's basketball squad knock off Minot by a count of 74-56.
With the victory, Bismarck upgrades its record to 11-6 on the campaign. The Demons host Center-Stanton (Center, ND) to play the Wildcats in a non-league challenge on Monday, January 29. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 4-8. Center-Stanton won 57-51 in their recent non-league challenge against Kidder County co-op [Steele/Tappen] (Steele, ND)
Next up, the Magicians play the Williston Coyotes (Williston, ND) in a AA West challenge, on Tuesday, January 30. Minot will attempt to upgrade on its 15-5 season record. The Coyotes come into the challenge with a 2-9 record after their 59-57 league loss to Century (Bismarck, ND).
