Southwestern Wildcats (Hazel Green, WI) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Black Hawk Warriors (South Wayne, WI), 90-44 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Southwestern upgrades its record to 13-5 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Lancaster (Lancaster, WI) to play the Flying Arrows in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 30. The Flying Arrows go into the bout with a record of 8-8. Lancaster lost 58-41 in their recent league bout against Prairie du Chien (Prairie du Chien, WI)

Next up, the Warriors play the Argyle Orioles (Argyle, WI) in a Six Rivers - East bout, on Tuesday, January 30. Black Hawk will attempt to upgrade on its 1-15 season record. The Orioles go into the bout with a 12-5 record after their 50-36 league win over Albany (Albany, WI).
