With the win, South Prairie/Max upgrades its record to 8-5 on the season. The host Mohall/Lansford/Sherwood (Renville, ND) to clash with the Mavericks in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 27. The Mavericks go into the bout with a record of 10-4. Mohall/Lansford/Sherwood won 77-43 in their recent league bout against Drake/Anamoose (Drake, ND)

Next up, the Braves/Stars clash with the New Town Eagles (New Town, ND) in a A Region 3 bout, on Monday, January 29. Bottineau will attempt to upgrade on its 7-6 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 5-6 record after their 62-56 league loss to Dunseith (Dunseith, ND).
