Virginia High School Basketball - Tuscarora nudges Broad Run

In Friday's league outing, the Tuscarora Huskies (Leesburg, VA) basketball squad nipped the host Broad Run Spartans (Ashburn, VA), by a margin of 70-66.

The Huskies (15-2) will now prepare for their outing against Dominion (Sterling, VA). The Titans go into the Dulles outing with a 1-15 record. In their last outing, Dominion was tipped by Heritage (Leesburg, VA), 58-49, in a league outing.

The Spartans now own a 10-5 record. They play next when they host Park View for a Catoctin outing on Monday, January 29. Broad Run will clash with a Patriots squad coming off a 75-63 league win over Loudoun County (Leesburg, VA). The Patriots record now stands at 7-10.
