The Brookville Bees basketball team scored 56 points and held the visiting Liberty Minutemen to 41 in the Bees league triumph on Friday.

The Bees now sport a 3-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Glass for a Seminole contest on Tuesday, January 30. Brookville will battle a Hilltoppers team coming off a 66-49 league win over Amherst County (Amherst, VA). The Hilltoppers record now stands at 10-8.

The Minutemen (1-15) will now prepare for their contest against Amherst County (Amherst, VA). The Lancers enter the Seminole contest with a 5-11 record. In their last contest, Amherst County was defeated by Glass (Lynchburg, VA), 66-49, in a league contest.
