The Kaynor Tech Panthers basketball team (Waterbury, CT), was overwhelmed 69-39 in Friday's league battle with the host Bullard-Havens Tigers (Bridgeport, CT)
The Tigers now possess a 5-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Wolcott RVT for a Connecticut Technical - West battle on Tuesday, January 30. Bullard-Havens will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 56-50 non-league win over Vinal RVT (Middletown, CT). The Wildcats record now stands at 7-3.
The Panthers (4-8) will now prepare for their battle against Woodland Regional (Beacon Falls, CT). The Hawks come into the non-league battle with a 5-9 record. In their last battle, Woodland Regional trounced Kennedy (Waterbury, CT), 61-50, in a league battle.
