With the victory, Calvin Christian upgrades its record to 5-8 on the campaign. The Squires host Godwin Heights (Wyoming, MI) to play the Wolverines in a Ottawa-Kent - Silver bout on Saturday, January 27. The Wolverines come into the bout with a record of 8-3. Godwin Heights won 68-58 in their recent league bout against NorthPointe Christian (Grand Rapids, MI)

Next up, the Vikings play the Paw Paw Red Wolves (Paw Paw, MI) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, January 31. Hopkins will attempt to upgrade on its 4-9 season record. The Red Wolves come into the bout with a 4-9 record after their 48-42 league loss to Sturgis (Sturgis, MI).
