Central Valley Academy Thunder (Ilion, NY) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball team run past the visiting Camden Blue Devils (Camden, NY), 71-58 in a league game.

In their next game, the Thunder face the Vernon-Verona-Sherrill Red Devils (Verona, NY) in a Section 3 Tri-Valley - Pioneer game, on Tuesday, January 30. Central Valley Academy will attempt to move on its 13-1 season record. The Red Devils enter the game with a 4-11 record after their 56-51 league loss to Oneida (Oneida, NY).

With the defeat, Camden moves to 10-3 on the year. The Blue devils travel to Notre Dame (Utica, NY) to face the Jugglers in a Section 3 Tri-Valley - Colonial game on Tuesday, January 30. The Jugglers enter the game with a record of 0-6.
