Virginia High School Basketball - James River ripped by Carroll County

The Carroll County Cavaliers basketball team scored 70 points and held the visiting James River Knights to 33 in the Cavaliers league triumph on Friday.
The Cavaliers now sport a 17-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Floyd County for a Three Rivers contest on Tuesday, January 30. Carroll County will battle a Buffaloes team coming off a 61-56 non-league win over East Rockingham (Elkton, VA). The Buffaloes record now stands at 12-4.
The Knights (5-15) will now prepare for their contest against Radford (Radford, VA). The Bobcats enter the Three Rivers contest with a 6-7 record.
