Cashton Eagles (Cashton, WI) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Necedah Cardinals (Necedah, WI), 60-17 in a league bout.

With the victory, Cashton upgrades its record to 14-1 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to New Lisbon (New Lisbon, WI) to play the Rockets in a Scenic Bluffs bout on Monday, January 29. The Rockets come into the bout with a record of 2-12. New Lisbon lost 71-20 in their recent league bout against Royall (Elroy, WI)

Next up, the Cardinals play the Ithaca Bulldogs (Richland Center, WI) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 30. Necedah will attempt to upgrade on its 4-9 season record.
