Iowa High School Basketball - Rockford can't hold off Central Springs

The Central Springs Panthers basketball team scored 65 points and restricted the visiting Rockford Warriors to 62 in the Panthers non-league victory on Friday.
The Panthers now sport a 6-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Newman Catholic for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 30. Central Springs will battle a Knights team coming off a 54-43 non-league win over Garner-Hayfield (Garner, IA). The Knights record now stands at 12-6.
The Warriors (4-11) will now prepare for their contest against Osage (Osage, IA). The Green Devils come into the non-league contest with a 15-2 record. In their last contest, Osage was nudged by Nashua-Plainfield (Nashua, IA), 72-56, in a non-league contest.
