Chatsworth Chancellors (Chatsworth, CA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Granada Hills Charter Highlanders (Granada Hills, CA), 60-53 in a league bout.

With the win, Chatsworth upgrades its record to 13-12 on the season. The Chancellors travel to El Camino Real (Woodland Hills, CA) to play the Royals in a West Valley bout on Monday, January 29. The Royals go into the bout with a record of 9-16. El Camino Real won 59-44 in their recent non-league bout against La Canada (La Canada, CA)

Next up, the Highlanders play the Cleveland Cavaliers (Reseda, CA) in a West Valley bout, on Monday, January 29. Granada Hills Charter will attempt to upgrade on its 14-10 season record. The Cavaliers go into the bout with a 15-8 record after their 68-54 non-league loss to Saugus (Saugus, CA).
