The Ypsilanti Grizzlies basketball team scored 69 points and held the visiting Chelsea Bulldogs to 51 in the Grizzlies league triumph on Friday.

The Grizzlies now sport a 8-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Pinckney for a Southeastern - White contest on Tuesday, January 30. Ypsilanti will battle a Pirates team coming off a 76-61 league loss to Adrian (Adrian, MI). The Pirates record now stands at 2-10.

The Bulldogs (7-6) will now prepare for their contest against Tecumseh (Tecumseh, MI). The Indians enter the Southeastern - White contest with a 11-1 record. In their last contest, Tecumseh ran past Jackson (Jackson, MI), 60-49, in a league contest.
