The Churchland Truckers (Portsmouth, VA) basketball knocked off the host Norcom Greyhounds (Portsmouth, VA), 48-28 in Friday's league test.

The Truckers (11-6) will now prepare for their test against Booker T. Washington (Norfolk, VA). The Mighty Bookers go into the Eastern test with a 12-6 record. In their last test, Booker T. Washington went down by Lake Taylor (Norfolk, VA), 92-58, in a league test.

The Greyhounds now own a 6-9 record. They play next when they travel to Princess Anne for a non-league test on Saturday, January 27. Norcom will encounter a Cavaliers squad coming off a 60-45 league loss to Kempsville (Virginia Beach, VA). The Cavaliers record now stands at 10-9.
