The Inter-City Baptist Chargers basketball team scored 58 points and held the host Clarenceville Trojans to 54 in the Chargers non-league triumph on Friday.

The Chargers now sport a 12-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Plymouth Christian Academy for a Michigan Independent - Blue contest on Tuesday, January 30. Inter-City Baptist will battle a Eagles team coming off a 43-30 league loss to Lutheran Northwest (Rochester Hills, MI). The Eagles record now stands at 5-9.

The Trojans (3-9) will now prepare for their contest against Oakland Christian (Auburn Hills, MI). The Lancers enter the non-league contest with a 10-5 record. In their last contest, Oakland Christian nudged Southfield Christian (Southfield, MI), 72-71, in a league contest.
