With the victory, Whitley County upgrades its record to 14-4 on the campaign. The Colonels host Cordia (Hazard, KY) to play the Lions in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 27. The Lions come into the challenge with a record of 4-18. Cordia lost 68-14 in their recent non-league challenge against Leslie County (Hyden, KY)

Next up, the Redhounds play the Clay County Tigers (Manchester, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 30. Corbin will attempt to upgrade on its 12-5 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 10-8 record after their 58-51 league win over North Laurel (London, KY).
