In Friday's league outing, the Coventry Patriots (Coventry, CT) basketball squad edged the host Stafford Bulldogs (Stafford Springs, CT), by a count of 51-45.
The Patriots (7-5) will now prepare for their outing against East Granby (East Granby, CT). The Crusaders go into the North Central Connecticut outing with a 5-7 record. In their last outing, East Granby was tipped by Somers (Somers, CT), 51-36, in a league outing.
