Nebraska High School Basketball - Creek Valley trounced by Garden County

In Friday's non-league match, the host Garden County Eagles basketball team scored a decisive 49-26 triumph over the Creek Valley Storm.

In their next game, the Eagles face the Sutherland Sailors (Sutherland, NE) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, January 30. Garden County will attempt to move on its 11-5 season record. The Sailors enter the match with a 0-14 record after their 82-45 non-league loss to Hyannis (Hyannis, NE).

With the defeat, Creek Valley moves to 3-10 on the year. The Storm host Minatare (Minatare, NE) to face the Indians in a D2 District 11 match on Thursday, February 1. The Indians enter the match with a record of 4-11. Minatare lost 63-20 in their recent league match against Leyton (Dalton, NE)
