Montana High School Basketball - Custer County overwhelmed by Havre

The Havre Blue Ponies basketball team scored 78 points and restricted the visiting Custer County Cowboys to 49 in the Blue Ponies league victory on Friday.
The Blue Ponies now sport a 8-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Butte Central Catholic for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 27. Havre will battle a Maroons team coming off a 90-47 league win over Stevensville (Stevensville, MT). The Maroons record now stands at 11-2.
The Cowboys (3-9) will now prepare for their contest against Baker (Baker, MT). The Spartans come into the non-league contest with a 9-4 record. In their last contest, Baker triumphed over Lame Deer (Lame Deer, MT), 64-63, in a league contest.
