Oklahoma High School Basketball - Deer Creek can't hold off Edmond North

The Edmond North Huskies basketball team scored 59 points and restricted the host Deer Creek Antlers to 52 in the Huskies league victory on Friday.
The Huskies now sport a 12-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Norman North for a 6A District 1 contest on Tuesday, January 30. Edmond North will battle a Timberwolves team coming off a 65-50 league loss to Moore (Moore, OK). The Timberwolves record now stands at 8-9.
The Antlers (13-5) will now prepare for their contest against Putnam City North (Oklahoma City, OK). The Panthers come into the 6A District 1 contest with a 9-10 record. In their last contest, Putnam City North was nudged by Mustang (Mustang, OK), 61-58, in a league contest.
