North Dakota High School Basketball - New Town can't hold off Dunseith

The Dunseith Dragons basketball team scored 62 points and restricted the host New Town Eagles to 56 in the Dragons league victory on Friday.
The Dragons now sport a 3-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Watford City for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 27. Dunseith will battle a Wolves team coming off a 79-53 league loss to Standing Rock (Fort Yates, ND). The Wolves record now stands at 2-11.
The Eagles (5-6) will now prepare for their contest against Bottineau (Bottineau, ND). The Braves/Stars come into the A Region 3 contest with a 7-6 record. In their last contest, Bottineau was nudged by South Prairie/Max (Minot, ND), 89-72, in a league contest.
