The Eau Claire Beavers basketball team scored 67 points and restricted the host River Valley Mustangs to 48 in the Beavers league victory on Friday.
The Beavers now sport a 6-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Howardsville Christian for a Berrien-Cass-St. Joseph - White contest on Saturday, January 27. Eau Claire will battle a Eagles team coming off a 64-52 league loss to Our Lady of the Lake Catholic (St. Joseph, MI). The Eagles record now stands at 7-4.
The Mustangs (0-9) will now prepare for their contest against Berrien Springs (Berrien Springs, MI). The Shamrocks come into the non-league contest with a 7-5 record. In their last contest, Berrien Springs dropped by Brandywine (Niles, MI), 58-47, in a league contest.
