In Friday's league outing, the Fountain Lake Cobras (Hot Springs National Park, AR) basketball squad edged the visiting Waldron Bulldogs (Waldron, AR), by a count of 62-61.
The Cobras (12-11) will now prepare for their outing against Clarksville (Clarksville, AR). The Panthers go into the 4A Region 4 outing with a 5-19 record.
The Bulldogs now hold a 9-13 record. They play next when they travel to Subiaco Academy for a 4A Region 4 outing on Tuesday, January 30. Waldron will clash with a Trojans squad coming off a 62-41 league win over Ozark (Ozark, AR). The Trojans record now stands at 22-1.
