Kentucky High School Basketball - Great Crossing routs Frankfort

January 26, 2024: Georgetown, KY

In Friday's league outing, the Great Crossing (Georgetown, KY) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Frankfort Panthers (Frankfort, KY), by a count of 78-28.

The (21-1) will now prepare for their outing against Lexington Catholic (Lexington, KY). The Knights go into the non-league outing with a 20-1 record. In their last outing, Lexington Catholic smashed Tates Creek (Lexington, KY), 63-31, in a league outing.

The Panthers now hold a 3-12 record. They play next when they host Nicholas County for a non-league outing on Saturday, January 27. Frankfort will clash with a Bluejackets squad coming off a 72-64 non-league win over Bluegrass United (Lexington, KY). The Bluejackets record now stands at 9-10.
