In Friday's league outing, the Garfield Bulldogs (Seattle, WA) basketball squad edged the visiting Rainier Beach Vikings (Seattle, WA), by a margin of 61-60.
The Bulldogs (13-4) will now prepare for their outing against O'Dea (Seattle, WA). The Fighting Irish go into the 3A Metro outing with a 12-7 record. In their last outing, O'Dea was tipped by Bishop Blanchet (Seattle, WA), 62-45, in a league outing.
The Vikings now own a 10-8 record. They play next when they host Eastside Catholic for a 3A Metro outing on Tuesday, January 30. Rainier Beach will clash with a Crusaders squad coming off a 65-57 league loss to West Seattle (Seattle, WA). The Crusaders record now stands at 15-3.
