The Taylorsville Warriors basketball team (Taylorsville, UT), was toppled 55-45 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Granger Lancers (West Valley City, UT)

The Lancers now possess a 3-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Kearns for a 5A Region 4 battle on Tuesday, January 30. Granger will confront a Cougars team coming off a 88-69 league win over Hunter (West Valley City, UT). The Cougars record now stands at 6-11.

The Warriors (5-10) will now prepare for their battle against Cyprus (Magna, UT). The Pirates come into the 5A Region 4 battle with a 3-15 record. In their last battle, Cyprus was toppled by West Jordan (West Jordan, UT), 56-40, in a league battle.
