California High School Basketball - Grant nudges Poly

January 26, 2024: Sun Valley, CA 91352

In Friday's league match, the Grant Lancers (Van Nuys, CA) basketball team tipped the host Poly Parrots (Sun Valley, CA), by a final score of 73-68.

In their next game, the Lancers meet the Valencia Vikings (Valencia, CA) in a non-league match, on Saturday, January 27. Grant will attempt to move on its 17-6 season record. The Vikings enter the match with a 11-11 record after their 65-39 league win over Canyon (Canyon Country, CA).

With the defeat, Poly moves to 8-15 on the year. The Parrots host North Hollywood (North Hollywood, CA) to meet the Huskies in a East Valley match on Wednesday, January 31. The Huskies enter the match with a record of 9-16.
