In Friday's league match, the visiting Greene Central Rams basketball team scored a good 71-61 triumph over the North Pitt Panthers.
In their next game, the Rams meet the SouthWest Edgecombe Cougars (Pinetops, NC) in a 2A Eastern Plains match, on Tuesday, January 30. Greene Central will attempt to move on its 8-10 season record.
