In Friday's league outing, the Warren Central Dragons (Bowling Green, KY) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Greenwood Gators (Bowling Green, KY), by a count of 76-45.

The Dragons (7-6) will now prepare for their outing against Christian County (Hopkinsville, KY). The Colonels go into the non-league outing with a 5-14 record. In their last outing, Christian County was crushed by McCracken County (Paducah, KY), 65-56, in a non-league outing.

The Gators now hold a 10-11 record. They play next when they travel to Barren County for a non-league outing on Tuesday, January 30. Greenwood will clash with a Trojans squad coming off a 59-58 non-league loss to Monroe County (Tompkinsville, KY). The Trojans record now stands at 12-6.
