Ohio High School Basketball - Westerville Central can't hold off Grove City

The Grove City Greyhounds basketball team scored 60 points and restricted the visiting Westerville Central Warhawks to 54 in the Greyhounds league victory on Friday.

The Greyhounds now sport a 12-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Pickerington North for a Ohio Capital - Ohio contest on Friday, February 2. Grove City will battle a Panthers team coming off a 63-50 league win over Westland (Galloway, OH). The Panthers record now stands at 10-6.

The Warhawks (10-7) will now prepare for their contest against Lincoln (Gahanna, OH). The Golden Lions come into the Ohio Capital - Ohio contest with a 12-6 record. In their last contest, Lincoln edged Walnut Ridge (Columbus, OH), 66-60, in a non-league contest.
