The Keith Bears (Orrville, AL) basketball knocked off the host Hatch Bobcats (Uniontown, AL), 68-54 in Friday's league test.
The Bears (15-8) will now prepare for their test against Johnson (Thomaston, AL). The Eagles go into the 1A Area 6 test with a 2-11 record. In their last test, Johnson notched a victory over Linden (Linden, AL), 1-0, in a league test.
The Bobcats now own a 12-11 record. They play next when they travel to Demopolis for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 30. Hatch will encounter a Tigers squad coming off a 50-47 league loss to Selma (Selma, AL). The Tigers record now stands at 13-4.
