The Hempfield Black Knights basketball team (Landisville, PA), was toppled 48-39 in Friday's league battle with the host Penn Manor Comets (Millersville, PA)
The Comets now possess a 8-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Dallastown for a non-league battle on Saturday, January 27. Penn Manor will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 40-37 league win over Spring Grove (Spring Grove, PA). The Wildcats record now stands at 11-6.
The Black Knights (8-7) will now prepare for their battle against J.P. McCaskey (Lancaster, PA). The Red Tornado come into the Lancaster-Lebanon 1 battle with a 6-11 record.
