The Bulldogs now possess a 9-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bearden for a 1A Region 8 battle on Tuesday, January 30. Strong will confront a Bears team coming off a 59-54 league loss to Hampton (Hampton, AR). The Bears record now stands at 3-11.

The Hermits (2-15) will now prepare for their battle against Dermott (Dermott, AR). The Rams come into the 1A Region 8 battle with a 13-11 record. In their last battle, Dermott trounced Emerson (Emerson, AR), 63-40, in a league battle.
