The Indianola Indians basketball team (Indianola, IA), was overwhelmed 73-44 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Norwalk Warriors (Norwalk, IA)
The Warriors now possess a 11-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ames for a non-league battle on Saturday, January 27. Norwalk will battle a Little Cyclones team coming off a 44-41 non-league loss to Cedar Falls (Cedar Falls, IA). The Little Cyclones record now stands at 8-4.
The Indians (1-12) will now prepare for their battle against Pella (Pella, IA). The Dutch come into the Little Hawkeye battle with a 8-4 record. In their last battle, Pella trounced Newton (Newton, IA), 65-58, in a league battle.
