With the win, Itasca upgrades its record to 18-7 on the season. The Wampus Cats host Frost (Frost, TX) to play the Polar Bears in a 2A Region II District 12 bout on Tuesday, January 30. The Polar Bears go into the bout with a record of 11-17. Frost lost 55-45 in their recent league bout against Italy (Italy, TX)

Next up, the Eagles play the Rio Vista Eagles (Rio Vista, TX) in a 2A Region II District 12 bout, on Tuesday, January 30. Valley Mills will attempt to upgrade on its 9-17 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 17-12 record after their 58-36 league win over Hamilton (Hamilton, TX).
