With the victory, Jefferson improves its record to 4-14 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Dayton (Dayton, OR) to confront the Pirates in a 3A PacWest challenge on Thursday, February 1. The Pirates come into the challenge with a record of 13-6.

Next up, the Spartans confront the Taft Tigers (Lincoln City, OR) in a 3A PacWest challenge, on Tuesday, January 30. Sheridan will attempt to improve on its 4-14 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 10-11 record after their 51-49 league loss to Santiam Christian (Corvallis, OR).
