The West Branch Warriors basketball team (Morrisdale, PA), dropped 78-62 in Friday's league battle with the host Juniata Valley Hornets (Alexandria, PA)

The Hornets now possess a 12-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Everett for a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 30. Juniata Valley will confront a Warriors team coming off a 62-57 league loss to Fannett Metal (Willow Hill, PA). The Warriors record now stands at 7-9.

The Warriors (15-2) will now prepare for their battle against Harmony Area (Westover, PA). The Owls come into the non-league battle with a 3-12 record. In their last battle, Harmony Area beat Purchase Line (Commodore, PA), 75-52, in a non-league battle.
