The Keene Central Beavers basketball team (Keene Valley, NY), was nudged 65-60 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Schroon Lake Wildcats (Schroon Lake, NY)
The Wildcats now possess a 4-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Boquet Valley for a Section 7 Mountain Valley battle on Wednesday, January 31.
The Beavers (9-4) will now prepare for their battle against Johnsburg Central (North Creek, NY). The Jaguars come into the Section 7 Mountain Valley battle with a 0-10 record.
