The Tri-County Trojans basketball team (Thornburg, IA), was overwhelmed 89-33 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Keota Eagles (Keota, IA)
The Eagles now possess a 15-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hillcrest Academy for a non-league battle on Saturday, January 27. Keota will confront a Ravens team coming off a 64-51 non-league loss to WACO (Wayland, IA). The Ravens record now stands at 10-7.
The Trojans (0-15) will now prepare for their battle against Sigourney (Sigourney, IA). The Savages come into the South Iowa Cedar battle with a 8-5 record. In their last battle, Sigourney trounced English Valleys (North English, IA), 61-25, in a league battle.
