The Lincoln County Red Devils (Lincolnton, GA) basketball knocked off the visiting Lake Oconee Academy Titans (Greensboro, GA), 51-36 in Friday's league test.
The Red Devils (10-6) will now prepare for their test against Warren County (Warrenton, GA). The Screaming Devils go into the A D2 Region 8 test with a 14-5 record. In their last test, Warren County notched a victory over Greene County (Greensboro, GA), 84-58, in a league test.
The Titans now own a 4-14 record. They play next when they host Georgia Military College for a non-league test on Saturday, January 27. Lake Oconee Academy will encounter a Bulldogs squad coming off a 72-27 league loss to Hancock Central (Sparta, GA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-16.
