The West Linn Lions basketball team scored 72 points and held the host Lakeridge Pacers to 63 in the Lions league triumph on Friday.
The Lions now sport a 7-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Tigard for a 6A Three Rivers contest on Tuesday, January 30. West Linn will battle a Tigers team coming off a 66-43 league loss to Oregon City (Oregon City, OR). The Tigers record now stands at 1-13.
The Pacers (10-5) will now prepare for their contest against Tualatin (Tualatin, OR). The Timberwolves enter the 6A Three Rivers contest with a 11-5 record. In their last contest, Tualatin ran past Lake Oswego (Lake Oswego, OR), 39-14, in a league contest.
