The Le Sueur-Henderson Giants (Le Sueur, MN) basketball nipped the host Tri-City United [Montgomery-Lonsdale/Le Center] Titans (Montgomery, MN), 69-65 in Friday's non-league test.
The Giants (9-6) will now prepare for their test against Gibbon-Fairfax-Winthrop (Winthrop, MN). The Thunderbirds go into the non-league test with a 9-8 record. In their last test, Gibbon-Fairfax-Winthrop got by Mayer Lutheran (Mayer, MN), 85-63, in a league test.
The Titans now own a 9-10 record. They play next when they travel to New Ulm for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 30.
