Maine High School Basketball - Maine Central Institute ripped by Lincoln Academy

The Lincoln Academy Eagles basketball team scored 67 points and held the visiting Maine Central Institute Huskies to 32 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Friday.

The Eagles now sport a 10-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Medomak Valley for a B South contest on Tuesday, January 30. Lincoln Academy will battle a Panthers team coming off a 57-47 league loss to Oceanside (Rockland, ME). The Panthers record now stands at 13-2.

The Huskies (4-10) will now prepare for their contest against Waterville (Waterville, ME). The Panthers enter the non-league contest with a 3-10 record. In their last contest, Waterville was routed by Mount View (Thorndike, ME), 82-47, in a non-league contest.
