Perkins-Tryon Demons (Perkins, OK) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Mannford Pirates (Mannford, OK), 53-33 in a league bout.

With the win, Perkins-Tryon upgrades its record to 15-1 on the season. The Demons travel to Cleveland (Cleveland, OK) to play the Tigers in a Tulsa Seven bout on Tuesday, January 30. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 4-12. Cleveland lost 77-54 in their recent league bout against Kiefer (Kiefer, OK)

Next up, the Pirates play the Bristow Pirates (Bristow, OK) in a Tulsa Seven bout, on Tuesday, January 30. Mannford will attempt to upgrade on its 7-10 season record. The Pirates go into the bout with a 3-14 record after their 86-28 league loss to Cushing (Cushing, OK).
