The Gladiators come into the challenge with a record of 3-18. Roma lost 92-45 in their recent league challenge against Nixon (Laredo, TX)

Next up, the Rattlers play the Mission Veterans Memorial Patriots (Mission, TX) in a 5A Region IV District 30 challenge, on Tuesday, January 30. Rio Grande City will attempt to upgrade on its 18-13 season record. The Patriots come into the challenge with a 5-17 record after their 56-40 league loss to Palmview (La Joya, TX).
