The Mercer Mustangs basketball team scored 85 points and held the host West Middlesex Big Reds to 33 in the Mustangs league triumph on Friday.

The Mustangs now sport a 13-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Reynolds for a District 10 Region 2 contest on Tuesday, January 30. Mercer will battle a Raiders team coming off a 63-50 league loss to Lakeview (Stoneboro, PA). The Raiders record now stands at 2-13.

The Big Reds (4-13) will now prepare for their contest against Lakeview (Stoneboro, PA). The Sailors enter the District 10 Region 2 contest with a 12-5 record. In their last contest, Lakeview triumphed over Reynolds (Greenville, PA), 63-50, in a league contest.
