In Friday's non-league outing, the New Creation Christian Academy Crusaders (McDonough, GA) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Scholars Guild Academy Spartans (Loganville, GA), by a count of 72-45.
The Crusaders (13-8) will now prepare for their outing against Sherwood Christian Academy (Albany, GA). The Eagles go into the non-league outing with a 8-10 record. In their last outing, Sherwood Christian Academy smashed Skipstone Academy (Griffin, GA), 78-30, in a league outing.
The Spartans now hold a 7-12 record. They play next when they host Lanier Christian Academy for a non-league outing on Thursday, February 1.
