Minnesota High School Basketball - New London-Spicer can't hold off Watertown-Mayer

The Watertown-Mayer Royals basketball team scored 59 points and restricted the visiting New London-Spicer Wildcats to 58 in the Royals non-league victory on Friday.
The Royals now sport a 10-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Litchfield for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 30. Watertown-Mayer will battle a Dragons team coming off a 63-50 non-league loss to Dassel-Cokato (Cokato, MN). The Dragons record now stands at 3-14.
The Wildcats (7-10) will now prepare for their contest against Minnewaska Area (Glenwood, MN). The Lakers come into the AA Section 3 contest with a 1-16 record.
