Texas High School Basketball - North Garland can't hold off Rowlett

The Rowlett Eagles basketball team scored 59 points and held the visiting North Garland Raiders to 53 in the Eagles league triumph on Friday.
The Eagles now sport a 8-15 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lakeview Centennial for a 6A Region II District 9 contest on Tuesday, January 30. Rowlett will battle a Patriots team coming off a 61-57 league loss to North Garland (Garland, TX). The Patriots record now stands at 3-21.
The Raiders (6-16) will now prepare for their contest against Naaman Forest (Garland, TX). The Rangers enter the 6A Region II District 9 contest with a 10-18 record.
